Global Fleet Management (PosiTrace) is a company focused on delivering advanced GPS tracking and fleet management solutions that help businesses monitor, optimize, and manage their vehicle operations in real time.
As a Backend Software Engineer, I design and maintain systems that power real-time vehicle tracking, telemetry data processing, and large-scale fleet operations. My work ensures reliable data ingestion, efficient processing pipelines, and high-availability services that support mission-critical logistics and transportation workflows.
I worked in the Guadalajara office for 1 year with wonderful Mexicans and now currently in the Vancouver office.

Defined.ai specializes in producing and commercializing ethically sourced, high-quality data for training AI models, operating the world’s largest ethical AI data marketplace, particularly for speech data. The company uses its proprietary crowdsourcing platform, Neevo.ai, to generate secure, bias-free, and paid data from contributors.

Took on the responsibility of creating solutions to facilitate crowd-sourced data collection for machine learning applications.
Conducted thorough trade-off analyses, offered recommendations, and played a pivotal role in transforming ambiguous early design concepts into clear, actionable plans.
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including UX and UI design, marketing, product management, and engineering to create user-centric experiences for customer-facing web properties.
– Designed and developed the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for frontend applications and generated reports using React.
